I have been working with agile process as a scrum master and manager. I have been implementing agile practices in my teams and see them become more productive and work being done faster and with higher quality. Agile is all about:

• Individuals and interactions over processes and tools
• Working software over comprehensive documentation
• Customer collaboration over contract negotiation
• Responding to change over following a plan

Most of my work is connected with free and open source software. GPL software is inevitable to play big role in IT world.

During my career I have met people who had some influence on me. I had Agile development courses with Jeff McKenna and then managed to practice all the stuff I learned from him. Taher Elgamal was my CTO and I had learned a lot from him. That knowledge helped me be a better Quality manager and deliver secure software, and as IT manager to build secure services and networks.
